摘要
基于对三山岛金矿大埋深高地应力条件非连续岩体节理裂隙赋存问题的研究,开展了深部某水平节理裂隙统计测量工作,利用3DEC构建了三维离散(DFN)裂隙网络模型,根据DFN模型进一步模拟研究了钻孔取芯并获得了裂隙岩体的RQD指标,结合室内力学试验,计算得出RMR与BQ值,根据岩体质量,采用网度为2.0 m×2.0 m的管缝式锚杆或喷浆对顶板及两帮进行临时支护,之后对顶板及两帮进行树脂锚杆、钢带联合支护,每排施工6根锚杆,间排距1.2~1.6m,顶板及两帮锚护后,对锚护区域进行喷浆支护,喷浆厚度至少5cm,强度C20,为矿山安全生产提供了可靠保证。
In view of the study on the occurrence problem of joint fissure in discontinuous rock mass at Sanshandao gold mine with the conditions of deep depth and high geostress, a statistical measurement of joint fissure at a deep level was carried out. A three-dimensional DFN fissure network model was constructed by 3DEC. According to the DFN model, drilling for core was further simulated and studied, and the RQD indexes of fracture rock mass were obtained. Combining with the mechanical labo- ratory tests, RMR and BQ indexes were obtained by calculation. Based on the rock mass quality, the roof and two sides of wall were temporarily supported by split-set bolt with a mesh size of 2.0 m× 2.0 m or shotcrete. After that, the support method combined with resin bolt and steel band was applied for the roof and two sides of wall, which included 6 bolts in each row and left row spacing between 1.2 to 1.6 m. When roof and two sides of wall were bolted, the shotcrete, with thickness at least 5 cm and intensity of C20, was used to support the anchorage zone, which provided a reliable guaranty for mine safety production.
