浅埋煤层软薄基岩巷道支护优化研究 被引量:15

Optimization Study on Roadway Support in Shallow Buried Coal Seam and Soft-thin Bedrock

摘要 针对浅埋煤层巷道支护强度过大、支护成本过高等问题,以某矿22采区为研究背景,根据22采区回采巷道围岩的物理力学参数,提出了3种支护方案,借助数值模拟对3种支护方案进行了对比分析,结果表明:该矿22采区围岩抵抗变形及破坏的能力较强,锚杆、锚索数量较少的方案二在该支护条件下更符合经济安全高效的目标,因此确定支护方案二为最佳支护方案。相关研究可为类似条件巷道支护设计提供参考。 Aimed at the problems of roadway support such as extremely large support strength and excessively high support cost in the shallow coal seam, No.22 mining area of a mine was taken as a research background. According to the physical mechanics parameters of the surrounding rock in the roadway of the No.22 mining area, three kinds of support schemes were proposed, which were compared and analyzed by numerical simulation. The results showed that the anti-deformation and anti-damage abil-ity of surrounding rock in the No.22 mining area was good. Under this support condition, the second support scheme with a few number of anchor stocks and anchor cables was more economical, safer and more efficient, so the supporting scheme was the best supporting scheme. The related research could provide a reference for the design of roadway support under similar condi-tions.
