摘要
针对现有隔爆试验配气系统存在的问题,为提高配气效率,提出了专家PID控制策略,从硬件与软件两方面对配气方案进行了优化,解决了配气速度慢、准确度不高、试验气体浪费等问题,提高了试验系统的配气效率,降低了所需高浓度可燃气体的用量。
According to the problems existing in gas distribution system of explosion-proof test, in order to improve the efficien-cy of gas distribution, the expert PID control strategy was put forward. And the gas distribution optimization was carried out from two aspects of hardware and software. The problems of slow gas distribution, low accuracy and waste of test gas were solved, the gas distribution efficiency of test system was improved and the required amount of combustible gas of high concen-tration was reduced.
