摘要
为了解人工饲养黑水虻幼虫最佳食物的构成,试验初始与终末分别测定每组黑水虻幼虫的体重、体长、体宽和体高,探讨饲养基质中牛粪与麸皮的最佳比例。结果表明:黑水虻幼虫的体重、体长、体宽、体高、日增重、虫体长宽比等发育指标随牛粪含量的增加呈递增趋势,牛粪含量超过80%时,黑水虻幼虫生长发育相对较慢。因此,70%的牛粪麸皮混合饲料添加量较为适宜,饲养效果较为理想。
In order to understand the optimal food composition of rearing black fly larvae artificially, the weight, body length, body width and high of fly larvae were measured at beginning and end of the experiment.the optimal proportion of cow dung and bran in the rearing matrix were discussed. The results showed that the body weight, body length, body width, body height, daily weight gain and body length-width ratio increased with the increasing of cow dung content. When the cow dung content exceeded 80%, the growth and development of the larva was relatively slow. Therefore, 70% cow dung bran mixed feed was more appropriate, the feeding was ideal.
