关节镜下一期手术修复膝关节多发韧带损伤疗效分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下一期手术修复膝关节多发韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2013-02—2015-02采用关节镜手术一期修复重建80例膝关节多发韧带损伤。采用自体腘绳肌健对前交叉韧带进行重建,人工LARS韧带对后交叉韧带进行重建,辅助小切口采用带线锚钉修复内侧副韧带。结果 80例均获得随访,随访时间平均9.1(6~12)个月。末次随访时IKDC评分为(89.7±6.5)分,较术前(19.0±8.3)分明显提高,差异有统计学意义(t=60.015,P=0.001)。末次随访时Lysholm评分为(90.2±7.8)分,较术前(17.6±7.4)分明显提高,差异有统计学意义(t=60.495,P=0.001)。末次随访时膝关节活动度为(124.6±11.4)°,较术前(30.8±19.4)°明显增加,差异有统计学意义(t=37.274,P=0.004)。结论关节镜下一期手术修复重建膝关节多发韧带损伤可取得良好疗效,患者膝关节功能恢复满意。
