摘要 根据"锅炉机组热力计算标准方法(1973年版)"计算不同结构H型翅片管的传热性能,并计算对应的H型翅片管换热器的重量,以衡量不同H型翅片管的应用经济性,同时考虑换热器的体积变化,得到高效紧凑的H型翅片管管型。研究结果表明,最佳的H型翅片管管型为70 mm×70 mm,小缝宽度6 mm,与传统的95 mm×89 mm、小缝宽度13 mm的H型翅片管相比,经济性提高8%左右。烟气深度冷却器采用70 mm×70 mm的H型翅片管,与采用传统95 mm×89 mm的H型翅片管相比,具有结构紧凑、传热性能强和较高的经济性等优势,具有一定的应用推广价值。 According to the Standard Calculation Method of Thermal Calculation of Boiler Units( 1973 Edition),the heat transfer performance of H-finned tubes with different structures and the corresponding H-finned tube heat exchanger weight are calculated to evaluate the economical application of different H-finned tubes. In the meantime,considering the volume change of the heat exchanger,a highly efficient and compact H-finned tube is obtained. The results show that the best Hfinned tube type is 70 mm × 70 mm and the small slit width is 6 mm. Compared with the traditional H-finned tube with 95 mm × 89 mm and small slit width of 13 mm,the economy is improved by about 8%. With 70 mm × 70 mm H-finned tube flue gas depth cooler,compared with the traditional 95 mm × 89 mm H-finned tube flue gas cooler,it has the advantages of compact structure,strong heat transfer performance and high economy,and it has a certain value of promotion.
