阳和汤治疗阳虚型支气管哮喘50例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Yanghe Decoction in treatment 50 cases of bronchial asthma with Yang deficiency

目的:观察阳和汤治疗阳虚型支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:笔者收集2016年1月~2017年2月期间50例门诊病人(随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25人),通过辨证,运用阳和汤加味治疗。结果:治疗组治愈16例、好转7例、未愈2例(其中有1例患者服药2剂后,转入其他医院进行西医治疗,按无效计算),总有效率92.0%;对照组治愈8例、好转7例、未愈10例,有效率60.0%;治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(1)治疗后两组疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组;(2)治疗后两组肺功能指标(FEV1和FEV1/FVC%)比较,治疗组肺功能有很大改善,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阳和汤加味治疗阳虚型支气管哮喘,疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yanghe decoction in the treatment of Yang deficiency bronchial asthma.Method：The author collected 50 outpatient patients from January 2016 to February 2017.（Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Each group of 25 people）,through the dialectical, use Yanghe decoction to treat these diseases.Result： The treatment group cured16 cases,Improvement in 7 cases 2 cases were not（Among them, one patient was transferred to another hospital for western medical treatment after taking 2 doses of medication, and the patient was counted as invalid）, Total effective rate： 92.0%; In the control group, 8 cases were cured, 7 were improved, and 10 were not, and the effective rate was 60.0%. The treatment group was significantly better than the con-trol group（P0.05）.（1）After treatment, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.（2） After treatment, the lung function of the two groups（FEV1 and FEV1/FVC%）was significantly improved, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Yanghe decoction taste treatment of Yang deficiency type bronchial asthma, the curative effect is accurate.
