天王补心丹联合经颅磁刺激在脑卒中后睡眠障碍治疗观察

Observation of Tianwang Buxin Dan combined with Transcranial Magnetic stimulation in the treatment of Sleep Disorder after Stroke

目的:观察天王补心丹联合经颅磁刺激在脑卒中后睡眠障碍治疗中的应用效果。方法:选出本科室80例脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者,按照不同治疗方法将其分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用天王补心丹联合经颅磁刺激治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果:对比两组患者治疗后的PSQI评分,观察组低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组的总有效率是70.0%,观察组是92.5%,观察组高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);对照组的复发率是10.0%,观察组是2.5%,观察组低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:天王补心丹联合经颅磁刺激在脑卒中后睡眠障碍治疗中的应用效果显著,可明显改善患者的睡眠质量,复发率低,值得推行。

Objective： To observe the effect of TMS combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of post-stroke sleep disorder. Methods： To select the undergraduate course room 80 patients with sleep disorder after stroke, according to the different treat-ments will be divided into control group and observation group and control group, 40 cases in the control group given conventional treat-ment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of application of pop bushing Dan with transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results： Compared with the control group, the difference was significant（P 0.05）.The total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%, the observation group was 92.5%, the observation group was higher than the con-trol group, and the contrast difference was significant（P0.05）. The recurrence rate of the control group was 10.0%, the observation group was 2.5%, the observation group was lower than the control group, and the contrast was significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： The application of TMS combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of post-stroke sleep disorder is significant, which can significant-ly improve the sleep quality and low recurrence rate.
