经络穴位介入自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的选穴规律

The regulation of acupoint intervention from blood therapy for chronic urticaria

目的:探索经络穴位介入自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的选穴规律。方法:通过筛选2007年~2017年中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、中国知网数据库(CNKI)、pubmed数据库上的关于络穴位介入自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床试验文献,运用频数统计分析方法,研究分析选穴规律和特点。结果:总共纳入文献126篇,选用经络8条,穴位19个,选穴频次201次。结论:最终得出选穴频次最多的穴位为足三里、曲池、血海、肺俞、膈俞,每条经络的选穴比例以手阳明大肠经最高,其次为手厥阴心包经和足太阴脾经,最常用的经脉为手阳明大肠经、足阳明胃经、足太阴脾经。

purpose：to explore the regulation and characteristics of acupoint selection.Methods： The clinical trail articles on the treatment of chronic urticaria by meridian acupoint intervention from 2007-2017 were screened,the frequency statistical analysis was applied to dis- cover and analyze the regulation and characteristics of acupoint selection.The databases include CBM,CNKI,pubmed,Resuh： A total of 126 articles,8 merldians,19 acupoints and 201 acupoint frequencies were included.At length the top five acupoint frequency were zusanli, quchi,xuehai,feishu,geshu,The top three of the proportion of acupoint frequency in each meridian in all acupoints in each meridian were large intestine meridian,pericardium meridian and spleen meridian,the most commonly used meridians are large intestine meridian,store- ache meridian and spleen meridian.
