摘要 脊神经慢性压迫损伤导致的神经性疼痛是临床常见症状,与一般病理性疼痛不同的是,神经性疼痛的产生不依赖于组织损伤的刺激,而通常是由神经损伤或慢性疾病引发的。神经性疼痛大多表现为持续性钝痛和(或)刺痛。根据临床统计显示患者长时间使用止痛药镇痛效果并不尽人意,因此治疗神经性疼痛一直以来都是全球学者研究的热点和难点。越来越多的研究表明,脊神经受损后胶质细胞(主要为小胶质细胞)即被活化而诱发疼痛产生;若抑制脊髓背角神经元外周胶质细胞聚集,疼痛亦随之减轻。据此学者们判明胶质细胞在神经性疼痛中扮演着重要角色。本文就胶质细胞与神经性疼痛的关系作以综述。 Neuropathic pain caused by chronic compression of spinal nerve is a common clinical symptom. Unlike the general pathological pain, the generation of neuropathic pain does not depend on the stimulation of tissue damage, while it is usually caused by nerve damage or chronic diseases. Neuropathic pain is characterized by persistent dull pain and/or stinging. According to clinical statistics, patients with long time use of painkillers is not satisfactory to analgesic effect, so the treatment of neuropathic pain has long been a scholar research hotspot and difficulty. A growing number of studies show that glial cells(mainly microglia) are activated when the spinal nerve is damaged. As the peripheral microglial cells gathering inhibited, the pain was reduced. Therefore, glial cells play an important role in neuropathic pain. This article reviews the relationship between glial cells and neuropathic pain.
