摘要 为监测采煤机在煤矿综采工作面的运行状态,设计了无线低功耗采煤机监测系统。系统通过微能源模块将采煤机运行过程中的振动能量收集后转换为可供系统使用的电能,并通过数据采集模块将采煤机工作时的加速度和温度信息进行采集,最终传送到CC2530无线发射模块进行无线发送。经测试,在3.7V供电下,系统的功耗仅为3.6m A,所测温度误差小于0.5℃,加速度误差小于1%,从而保证了系统能够有效地监测采煤机的状态。 In order to monitor the working state of shearer in the fully mechanized working face of coal mine,a wireless low power coal miner monitoring system is designed. With the micro energy module, the system collects the vibration energy of the shearer during operation and converts it into applicable energy for power system,and the data acquisition module collects the shearer's acceleration and temperature information,which are eventually transferred to the CC2530 wireless transmission module for wireless transmission. After testing,the power consumption of the system is only 3. 6 m A under the 3. 7 V power supply,the temperature error is less than 0. 5℃,and the acceleration error is less than 1%. The results show that,the system can effectively monitor the state of the shearer.
