易自燃煤层防火工艺变量对自然发火指标气体的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以兴安煤矿四水平南17层二四区二段底板层放顶煤工作面为例,分析了兴安煤矿自然发火指标气体,提出了防火综合防治的思路,研究了防灭火工艺变量及其对自然发火指标气体的影响,通过采取综合防治、最优措施全面破坏煤自燃三角形稳态,并根据指标气体受到作用后的反馈来定义变量中的作用量、方向及时间。现场应用结果表明,经过自然发火指标气体的正、负反馈治理后,工作面回风CO浓度为0,上隅角深部CO浓度为10×10^(-6)~15×10^(-6),后部采空区观测钻孔内CO最大浓度为30×10^(-6),治理效果明显,隐患得以控制并趋于稳定。 Taking the top-coal caving face of Xing'an Coal Mine as an example,the spontaneous combustion index system of Xing'an Coal Mine was established,and the idea of comprehensive fire prevention and control was put forward.The influence and feedback of the spontaneous combustion index system were studied,with comprehensive and optimal control measures,stable state of the spontaneous combustion triangle was destroyed,and the amount,direction and time of the variables were defined according to feedback of the index system. The field application results show that,after the positive and negative feedback of the spontaneous combustion index system,the CO concentration in the working face return air is 0,and 10 × 10^-6-15 × 10^-6 in deep part of upper corner,and the maximum CO concentration in rear goaf observation borehole is 30×10^-6. The control effect is obvious,with hidden dangers controlled and stabilized.
