综采工作面瓦斯涌出量数学预测模型建立及实测应用 被引量:7

Establishment and application of mathematical prediction model of gas emission rate in fully mechanized coal face

摘要 为了实现综采工作面瓦斯涌出量精准化预测的目的,以煤体瓦斯涌出规律本构方程为理论研究基础,综合综采工作面各瓦斯涌出源自身特征因子,建立了煤壁瓦斯涌出量数学预测模型、落煤瓦斯涌出量数学预测模型、采空区遗煤瓦斯涌出量数学预测模型以及邻近层瓦斯涌出量数学预测模型。运用该数学预测模型对近距离煤层群条件下的沙曲煤矿14205综采工作面瓦斯涌出量进行了计算,计算结果与实测统计值之间的误差仅为4.92%<5.00%,验证了该数学预测模型的准确性。在此基础上,运用该数学预测模型对14205综采工作面不同产煤量条件下的瓦斯涌出量进行计算,结果表明:14205综采工作面瓦斯涌出量随工作面产煤量增加近似呈线性增大,其中邻近层瓦斯涌出量最为显著。 In order to realize accurate prediction of gas emission rate in fully mechanized coal face of close-distance coal seam group,based on the constitutive equation of coal gas emission,the calculation model of gas emission rate of coal wall,the calculation model of gas emission rate of fallen coal,the calculation model of gas emission rate of remaining coal in gob and the calculation model of gas emission rate of the adjacent coal seams were established, combining with characteristic factors of gas emission source in fully mechanized coal face. By the prediction model gas emission rate of14205 fully mechanized coal face in Shaqu Coal Mine was calculated,and the predicted value and the measured value of statistical error was 4. 92%,on this basis,by the prediction model gas emission rates of 14205 fully mechanized coal face in different annual output of coal were predicted. The research shows that gas emission rate of 14205 fully mechanized coal face increases linearly with the increase of annual output of coal,gas emission rate of the adjacent coal seams is the most significant.
