摘要
针对我国煤巷传统锚杆钻机存在结构不对称、受力不均衡、故障率高的问题,设计研发出一套结构合理、维护方便、可靠性高的对称布置锚杆钻机。介绍了它的结构组成、功能和技术参数,阐述了它在总体布置、导向方式、链传动机构和润滑方式上的设计特点。实践结果表明,该钻机可靠性高,提高了锚杆支护的效率,能够满足煤矿的生产要求。
According to the asymmetric structure, skewed loading, and high failure rate of traditional roofbolter for underground coal mine roadways in china,one aligned loading roofbolter with reasonable structure,excellent serviceability and high reliability was designed and developed. The mechanical structure,functions and the features of the roofbolter were introduced, meanwhile, the characteristics on its general arrangement, chain transmission mechanism, oriented means and lubricating method were also discussed. The practices showed that aligned loading roofbolter improved the rock bolting efficiency to achieve the coal mine production requirement.
