颚式破碎机动鄂结构轻量化优化 被引量:6

摘要 针对目前颚式破碎机质量普遍较重这一问题。以动鄂为研究对象,根据动鄂静力学分析、动鄂拓扑优化、动鄂受力特点以及工作要求,完成对破碎机动鄂结构改进的设计变量初选,并根据灵敏度分析拟定了两种轻量化结构改进方案的最佳设计变量。在ANSYS Workbench的优化设计模块建立了以动鄂质量最小为设计目标,第四强度理论为约束条件的优化模型,对两种改进方案进行了强度、变形和减重效果的对比分析。结果表明:方案一具有更好轻量化效果,在满足力学性能的基础上动鄂的质量减轻近6.15%,为后续动鄂的轻量化设计研究提供了理论指导。 Aiming at the problem that the mass of jaw crusher is generally heavy at present,according to the static analysis, topology optimization, mechanical characteristics and working requirements of movable jaw, the primary selection of design variables for the improvement of movable jaw structure is completed. And according to the sensitivity analysis,the optimal design variables of two lightweight structural improvement schemes are proposed. In the optimization design module of ANSYS Workbench software,an optimization model with the minimum mass of movable jaw as the design objective and the fourth strength theory as the constraint condition is established. The strength, deformation and mass decrease effects of the two improved schemes are compared and analyzed. The results show that the first scheme has better lightweight effect,and the mass of movable jaw is reduced by 6. 15% under the premises of satisfying mechanical properties,which provides theoretical guidance for the further research on lightweight design of movable jaw.
