摘要
在微车领域的整车厂企业,高配车型上使用电动助力转向已成一种趋势,但对电动助力控制系统的研究却很少,一般是通过主观评价来调试EPS和整车转向性能,试验任务重,反复工作多,产品开发周期长,针对这一现象,以研究电动助力转向系统的助力控制模式的跟踪性能和轻便性为目的,在Matlab_simlink平台上建立了电动助力转向系统的仿真控制模型,在Adams/car中建立了某微车的整车模型,通过ADAMS/car和MATLB-Simulink联合仿真,模拟EPS转向系统对整车操纵稳定性的影响,仿真结果表明,所设计的PID控制算法使电动助力转向系统具有良好的跟踪性能和轻便性,同时也为电动助力转向控制系统的设计提供了依据。
The trace capability and portability of the power-assisted mode of the electric power steering system was studied, a co-simulation model of the electric power steering system was created on the platform of ADAMS and MATLAB-Simulink. The results of the simulation confirm that the PII) control algorithm for the electric power steering system has a good trace capability and portability. The conclusion of simulation is useful for the design of electric power steering system.
