某MPV车型橡胶衬套对悬架系统的影响研究

摘要 针对某MPV骡子车路试过程中出现前悬架下摆臂后衬套开裂等问题,现对其前悬架下摆臂前、后衬套、topmount及后悬架扭转梁拖臂前衬套刚度对悬架K&C特性影响的灵敏性进行分析,为后续衬套刚度更改及调试提供参考。 Aiming at the mule car road test appeared in the process of front suspension lower arm lining cracking and other issues, the front suspension lower arm, rear bushing, topmount and rear suspension torsion beam drag sensitivity arm bushing stiffness of suspension K&C characteristics were analyzed, providing reference for subsequent bushing stiffness change and adjustment.
