摘要
技术创新和知识产权是目前社会较为常用的词汇,很多人并不陌生,二者为适应社会发展需要不断相互渗透。文章对二者基本概念及相互渗透后带来的影响进行阐述。
The technological innovation and intellectual property are the common words in the society at present, many people are not unfamiliar, they permeate each other in order to meet the needs of social development. In this paper, the basic concepts of the two and the impact of mutual penetration will be elaborated.
