"因材施教"是一种古老而又依然生机勃勃的有效教学模式,是一种倡导以学生为中心的教学理念。研究生教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,在研究生中培养拔尖创新人才是高等教育的使命。研究生的培养不同于中小学生的教育,文章结合研究生培养实践的特点,尝试将"因材施教"引入研究生的日常培养实践中去,以提高研究生的培养质量。

Postgraduate education is an important part of higher education, which has the mission to train top-notch innovative talents in postgraduates. The training of postgraduates is different from the primary or middle school students. Based on the characteristics of postgraduates cultivation, we tries to introduce ＂teaching in accordance with their aptitude＂ mode into the daily training program of postgraduate students to improve their quality.
