与综合性普通高校相较,艺术类高校的科研存在如项目类型多样、研究内容丰富和成果形式多元等特点,文章定位于艺术类高校,站在科研管理的角度来论述"刚柔相济"理念在艺术类高校科研管理中的本质内涵、必要性和功效性,且以笔者的科研管理经验进一步阐述"刚柔相济"在具体执行过程中的应用。

Compared with the general colleges and universities, the scientific research of art colleges has the characteristics of various types of projects, rich content of research and multiple forms of achievement. Located in the arts colleges, in the perspective of scientific research management. This article discusses the essence, necessity and function of the concept of ＂move among force and soft＂ in the scientific research management of art colleges. Besides, based on the author＇s scientific research management experience,this article elaborates the application of ＂move among force and soft＂ in the specific implementation.
