摘要
通过对雷达装备的生产特点和生产中存在问题的分析,结合精益生产思想,从生产准备、生产计划、数据采集与追溯、可视化管理4个方面对制造执行管理进行研究,构建了精益制造执行管控模型。精益生产和制造执行的融合,是从MES系统设计源头就贯彻精益理念,实现了消除和减少生产过程中浪费,提升了车间管理效率和快速响应能力,对军工企业生产车间管理水平提升也具有一定的参考意义。
Through the analysis of the product characteristics and the problems in product process of radar equipment,combined with the idea of lean production,the paper studied manufacturing execution management from the four aspects of production preparation,production planning,data acquisition and tracing and visual management,constructed the lean manufacturing management and control model. The paper integrated lean production and manufacturing execution,implemented lean concept from the design source of MES system,eliminated and reduced the production process waste,improved the efficiency of the workshop management and rapid response capability. It also provides direct reference significance for enhancing workshop management level in military enterprise.
