摘要
分析了三轴机床21项几何误差,给出了光动激光多普勒测量系统原理,介绍了基于分步对角线的空间误差测试路径和测试过程。在机床上进行了空间误差测试,通过i5系统空间误差补偿功能进行了补偿。最后通过加工样件验证了该技术的实际加工效果。
The 21 geometric errors of 3-axis machine tool are analyzed. The principle of OPTODYNE laser Doppler measurement system is given. The volumetric errors test routes and test process based on sequential step diagonal are presented,the volumetric errors of a machine tool are tested,and be compensated though the volumetric errors compensation function of i5. The machining effect of this technology is verified though machining a part.
