摘要 在传统单工步切削加工的基础上,研究多工步粗加工切削参数变化对精加工的影响。通过正交试验设计高速车削加工,固定精加工切削参数,分析粗加工切削参数变化对精加工切削力、表面粗糙度、表面残余应力以及表面变质层的影响。结果表明,粗加工切削速度对精加工切削力和表面粗糙度影响最大,进给量对残余应力影响最大,进给量和切削深度对变质层的影响都很大。这是由于多工步加工时,粗加工加工硬化和软化使表层力学性能发生变化,继而对精加工产生影响。通过研究粗加工切削参数变化对钛合金多工步切削加工的影响,进一步优化多工步切削加工参数,提高表面质量。 Based on the study of traditional single-step machining,the influence of the variation of roughing cutting parameters on finishing process in multi-step machining is studied. By designing orthogonal experiment and using high speed turning lathe,the effects of the variation of roughing cutting parameters on the cutting force,surface roughness,surface residual stress and the surface metamorphic layer during the finishing process were analyzed,at the same time finishing cutting parameters are fixed. It is concluded that cutting speed of rough machining has the greatest influence on the cutting force and surface roughness of the finishing process,the feed of rough machining has the greatest effect on residual stress,and the influence of the feed and cutting depth of rough machining on the surface metamorphic layer is very large. The main reason is that during multi-step machining process work hardening and softening made by rough machining process make the surface and sub-surface mechanical properties of the parts change and then affect the finishing process. By studying the effect of the variation of roughing cutting parameters on multi-step machining of titanium alloy,the parameters of multi-step machining can be further optimized to improve the surface quality.
