摘要
针对宁夏某压力容器生产厂的老旧水平下调式三辊卷板机,运用了西门子S7-300PLC对其控制系统进行升级改造,对卷板机上辊的垂直升降运动、上辊的下压力,两个下辊的水平移动位移及转动,翻倒装置的翻倒及复位等进行控制,给出了该卷板机液压控制回路,并对各液压子系统进行了分析,引入了模糊PID调节对两下辊驱动电动机的旋转速度进行控制,使该设备恢复原有功能,能够正常自动运转,满足生产所需,达到了对老旧设备进行二次开发再利用的目的。现场运行表明:控制系统方案设计合理,运行稳定,可靠性高,加工精度满足工艺要求。
In this paper,control system of an old three roller plate coiling machine of level adjust below is upgraded for a pressure vessel production company in Ningxia. Siemens S7-300 PLC is used to control the vertical lifting movement and the downward pressure of the upper roller,the horizontal displacement and rotary movement of the two bottom rollers,and the normal turnover and reset of the turnover mechanism and so on. The hydraulic control circuit of the plate coiling machine is given,and the hydraulic subsystems are analyzed. Fuzzy PID regulation is introduced to control the rotation speed of the drive motor of the two bottom rollers,for purpose of making equipment returned to normal operations,meeting the production requirements,and achieving secondary development and utilization of the old equipment. The field operation shows that design scheme of the control system is reasonable,the operation is stable,the reliability is high,and the processing precision meets the technical requirements.
