摘要
根据深孔内环槽的结构和尺寸要求,绘制了数控深孔切槽镗刀的完整结构,介绍了实现深孔切槽的机械原理。总体上由切槽镗刀、镗杆和驱动装置组成,数控系统发出编程指令,控制交流伺服电动机运动,分别通过减速装置控制镗刀运动,镗刀可以实现轴向和径向两轴联动,自动按顺序地对内孔各个槽进行加工,保证了槽形的一致性。该装置已经试制成功,可以在全国推广使用。
According to the structure and size requirements of the deep hole inside ring groove,draw the complete structure of the grooving boring tool of CNC deep hole,introduce the mechanical principle of the deep hole cutting groove. Overall by grooving boring tool,boring bar and driving device,CNC system programming instructions,control of AC servo motor movement,respectively through the reduction gear device to control boring tool movement,boring tool can realize the axial and radial two axes simultaneous movement,automatic machining of each groove in the internal hole,ensures the consistency of groove.The device has been tested successfully and can be used to popularize in nationwide.
