摘要
桁架式全自动加工制造技术是基于工序组合及生产节拍均衡,在传统产品生产流程基础上进行工艺流程重构,形成新型精益化加工流程;新设计了桁架式机械手,实现了自动化装卸功能,再通过全自动的料道将所有设备连接起来实现了加工件在工序与工序之间的自动化周转与定位,从而实现了全自动化生产。该装备加工技术是以传统工艺与传统设备为基础研制开发的,因此降低了设计风险,节约了设计成本,并且有利于日后传统生产线的自动化的改造。
Truss type full automatic processing and manufacturing technology is based on process combination and production cycle balancing,reconstruct process based on the traditional production process,to form a new type of lean manufacturing processes; newly design a truss manipulator,to realize the function of automatic loading and unloading,again through the automatic feed to connect all devices to realize automatic turnover and positioning of the processing parts between the process and the process,in order to achieve a fully automated production. The processing technology is developed based on the traditional process and equipments,thus reduce the risk design,save the cost of the design,and is conducive to the transformation of traditional production line automation in the future.
