重稀土Ho、Tm对NdFeB合金结构及磁性能的影响

摘要 通过电弧熔炼和熔体快淬法制备(Nd1-xREx)12.94Fe80.59B6.47(RE=Ho,Tm)化合物,利用X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜和振动样品磁强计等技术手段研究重稀土元素Ho、Tm对NdFeB合金晶体结构、微观组织和磁性能的影响。研究发现,以23m/s快淬速度制备的Nd12.94Fe80.59B6.47合金薄带,其综合磁性能最佳;随着Ho、Tm元素掺杂量的增加,(Nd1-xREx)12.94Fe80.59B6.47合金薄带的剩磁下降,然而,合金薄带的矫顽力明显增强。Ho、Tm重稀土元素的掺杂增强了合金的局部磁晶各向异性场,导致矫顽力上升。 (Nd1-xREx)2.2 Fe13.7 B1.1(RE=Ho,Tm)compounds obtained by arc-melting and melt-spinning,and the effects of heavy rare earth elements Ho and Tm on the crystal structure,microstructure and magnetic properties of NdFeB alloy were studied by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer.The results show that Nd12.94 Fe80.59 B6.47 alloy ribbon prepared at the speed of 23 m/s quenchinghas the best comprehensive magnetic properties;With the increase of Ho and Tm doping,the remanence of(Nd1-xREx)12.94-Fe80.59 B6.47 alloy ribbons decreases.However,the coercive force of the alloy ribbons is obviously enhanced.It is considered that the addition of heavy rare earth Ho,Tm enhances the local magnetocrystalline anisotropy field of the alloy,resulting in the increase of coercivity.
