摘要
研究了一种新型压力传感器振动筒用恒弹性合金变形量、热处理等对合金强度、硬度、机械品质因数和频率温度系数的影响,结果表明:3J71恒弹合金经60%变形量,在680℃时效后,强度可达1 505 MPa;降低变形量至36%,时效强度则降低至1 359 MPa;机械品质因数Q在650℃时效达到峰值24 000;在650~750℃时效,合金频率温度系数可达到满意的结果。
The influence of deformation and heat treatment of a new type of pressure sensor vibrating cylinder on tensile strength,hardness,mechanical quality factor and frequency-temperature coefficient of the alloy was studied.The results showed that the tensile strength obtained 1 505 MPa by 60% cold drawn deformation 3 J71 alloy aged at 680 ℃ for 4 h;the strength of aged 3 J71 alloy was decreased to 1 359 MPa as the cold drawn deformation reduced to 36%.The mechanical quality factor of 3 J71 alloy is obtained the highest level 24 000 aged at 650 ℃.Satisfactory frequency-temperature coefficient is obtained by aging at the temperature range of 650-750 ℃.
