摘要
以醋酸纤维素为包裹材料、聚乙二醇800为相变材料、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和丙酮为溶剂,采用静电纺丝法制备相变储湿纤维,基于均匀设计和多元非线性回归法研究了各因素对静电纺丝相变储湿纤维综合热、湿性能的影响.结果表明,各因素对综合热、湿性能影响为:聚乙二醇800用量(29)N,N-二甲基乙酰胺用量(29)醋酸纤维素用量(29)反应温度(29)干燥温度.优化制备方案:N,N-二甲基乙酰胺用量、醋酸纤维素用量、聚乙二醇800用量与丙酮的质量比分别为0.226、0.1392与0.1624,反应温度37.8℃和干燥温度60.4℃。
Phase change and humidity storage fibers was prepared with cellulose acetate as coating materials, polyethylene glycol 800 as phase change materials, N,N-dimethylacetamide and acetone as solvent by electrospinning method. The effects of every factor on comprehensive thermal and humidity properties of electrospun phase change and humidity storage fibers were studied based on uniform design and multivariate nonlinear regression. The results showed that primary and secondary sequence of factors on comprehensive thermal and humidity properties were content of polyethylene glycol 800(29)content of N,N-dimethylacetamide(29)content of cellulose acetate(29)reaction temperature(29)drying temperature. The optimization program were mass ratios of N,N-dimethylacetamide to acetone of 0.226, cellulose acetate to acetone of 0.1392 and polyethylene glycol 800 to acetone of 0.1624, reaction temperature 37.8℃ and drying temperature 60.4℃.
