摘要
目的了解潍坊市大中专学生艾滋病(AIDS)基本知识知晓情况及其影响因素,为开展大中专院校艾滋病相关预防与宣传教育提供依据。方法 2016年9~10月采用分阶段整群抽样方法,对潍坊市2 902名大中专学生进行自填式问卷调查。结果调查2 902名学生,有效问卷2 902份,艾滋病知识知晓率为79.53%(2 308/2 902);大中专学生主要传播方式知晓率偏低,仅为71.57%(2 077/2 902)。女生知晓率(87.22%)高于男生(73.70%)(P<0.01),知晓率随学历升高而升高(P<0.01)。过去12个月艾滋病病毒(简称HIV)检测次数越多和过去6个月安全套使用越多的大中专学生,知晓率越低。Logistics回归分析显示性别、学历、HIV检测和安全套使用均为知晓率独立影响因素。结论潍坊市大中专学生对更新后的艾滋病知识知晓率偏低,尤其是大中专学生传播方式的知识掌握有待提高。
Objective To understand the awareness and associated factors of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) related knowledge among college students and technical school studentsin Weifang city, so as to provide basis for targeted health education in college and technical schools. Methods Multi-stage cluster sampling method was employed to select a total of 2 902 college and technical school students with a self-response questionnaires survey. Results A total of 2 9 0 2 validquestionnaires were collected. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 7 9.5 3 % ( 2 3 0 8 / 2 9 0 2 ). Regarding the item of "main transmission route among youth" ,the awareness was comparatively very low by 71.57% (2 077/2 902). Female students had a better awareness than the males. Knowledge awareness increased with higher education attainment of students. The more condom using and HIV testing in the past six and twelve months, the lower of awareness rate of knowledge. Logistic analysis showed gender and grade and HIV testing and condom using were predictors of AIDS knowledgeawareness. Conclusion The awareness rate with the updated 8 items is low among college and technical school students in Weifang city, especially, the items of HIV transmission route among college and technical school students should be further strengthened.
