2015年胶州市里岔镇65岁以上老年人健康体检结果分析

Analysis on physical examination results among the over-65-year-old elderly in a rural community,Jiaozhou city,2015

目的了解胶州市里岔镇老年人健康情况,分析影响该镇老年人健康的危险因素,为家庭医生签约式服务下的农村老年人健康管理工作提供依据。方法 2015年对胶州市里岔镇≥65岁老年人健康体检结果进行分析,体检项目由青岛市卫计委统一规定,自愿参加体检的老年人有权选择具体的体检项目。结果在3 360名体检者中,BMI异常检出率为46.73%,肥胖检出率为8.81%;高血压检出率为60.80%,无低血压者;血液生化检测中,高血糖检出率为13.45%,高甘油三酯检出率为29.32%,低密度脂蛋白异常检出率为19.29%,高密度脂蛋白异常检出率为9.32%,高尿酸血症检出率为17.67%;1 398例接受肿瘤标志物(AFP和CEA)联合检测的体检者中,肿瘤标志物阳性检出率为9.15%。结论胶州市里岔镇社区老年人是心脑血管疾病发病的巨大潜在人群,高血压、高血糖、高血脂是心脑血管疾病等慢性病的主要危险因素。

Objective To understand the health status of the elderly in Licha community,Jiaozhou city,so as to provide the basis for the health management of rural elderly under the contract service of the family doctor. Methods Analysis was conducted on the health check-ups among the elder over 65 years old in Licha town,Jiaozhou city in 2015.The medical examination project was unified by Qingdao municipal health and family planning commission,The elderly who voluntarily participated in the physical examination had the right to select specific physical examination items. Results Of 3 360 subjects,the abnormal detection rate of BMI was 46.73%,and the obesity detection rate was 8.81%.The detection rate of hypertension was 60.80%,with no hypotension;Blood biochemical test showed that high blood glucose detection rate was13.45%,high TG detection rate was 29.32%,LDL-C detection rate was 19.29%,HDL-C detection rate was 9.32%,and the detection rate of hyperuricemia was 17.67%.A total of 1 398 patients were examined by AFP and CEA,The positive detection rate was 9.15%. Conclusion The elderly are a huge potential population for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Licha town,Jiaozhou city.Hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia are the main risk factors for chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
