2017年济南市槐荫区居民吸烟现况调查

Survey on smoking status among residents,Huaiyin district,Jinan city,2017

目的了解济南市槐荫区居民吸烟现状,为开展有效的控烟干预提供科学依据。方法 2017年12月,采取整群随机抽样的方法,对1 614名年龄15~69岁常住居民进行吸烟行为调查。结论调查1 614人,居民吸烟率为16.36%,男性吸烟率为35.97%,女性吸烟率为0.99%(P<0.01);不同经济收入居民吸烟率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在吸烟的居民中,34.85%的人每天吸烟20~29支,67.05%的人每月因吸烟开支100~300元;开始吸烟年龄累计频率,25岁以前开始吸烟的累计频率高达73.11%。结果济南市槐荫区居民吸烟率低于山东省总体水平,男性吸烟率高于女性,人均收入越高则吸烟率也越高。

Objective To understand the smoking status of among residents in Huaiyin district,Jinan city,so as to provide scientific basis for the effective intervention of tobacco control. Methods With the method of stratified random cluster sampling,1 614 residents aged 15-69 years old were surveyed on the behavior of smoking. Results Of 1 614 surveyed,the smoking rate was 16.36%,males（35.97%）,females（0.99%）（P〈0.01）.The smoking rate with different income was different（P〈0.05）.Among the smoking residents,34.85% of them smoked 20-29 cigarettes a day,67.05% of them spent 100-300 Yuan per month;the accumulative smoking frequency by 25 years old as high as 73.11%. Conclusion The smoking rate among residents in Huaiyin district is lower than that of the overall level in Shandong province;the smoking rate is higher in males than that of females;the higher income,the higher smoking rate.
