摘要
通过自主研制钢结构拼装胎架并将其应用于机场、体育中心等装配式大型钢桁架结构工程,发现钢胎架为工程钢结构地面拼装焊接、正立整体拼装、一次吊装就位等施工工艺带来极大便利;通过严格控制火焰煨弯等施工工艺,可提高大跨度悬挑弧形桁架的加工、吊装和拼装精度,缩短工程施工工期,同时保证作业人员安全。
A steel structure assembled bed-jig was developed and applied in assembled large-scale steel truss structure such as airports and sports centers. This application greatly facilitates construction technologies such as ground assembly and welding,upright entire assembly,and one-time installation. It can improve the accuracy,the lifting and assembly of largespan cantilever trusses,shorten the construction period and ensure the safety of workers by controuing the construction technology of the hot bending of belfast truss strictly.
