催化剂对脂肪族TPU物理力学性能的影响

摘要 采用预聚体法合成了脂肪族热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU),研究了催化剂种类与用量对脂肪族TPU力学性能、热稳定性、动态力学性能与黏度等的影响。结果表明:使用环保型催化剂时,TPU的力学性能较高,且随着催化剂用量的增加,TPU的拉伸强度与撕裂强度先提高后降低;环保型催化剂用量为0.2%时,TPU具有优异的低温性能,且其微相相分离程度较高;随着温度的提高,使用环保型催化剂(用量为0.2%)的TPU的黏度先提高后降低。 The aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU) was synthesized by prepolymer method. The effects of the type and amount of the catalyst on the mechanical properties, thermal stability, dynamic mechanical properties and viscosity of aliphatic TPU were studied. The results show that: when using environment-friendly catalyst, the mechanical properties of TPU are higher. With the increase of catalyst dosage, the tensile strength and tear strength of TPU first increase and then decrease. When the dosage of environmental protection catalyst is 0.2%, TPU has excellent low temperature performance, and its micro phase separation degree is higher. With the increase of temperature, the viscosity of TPU using environmentally friendly catalyst(dosage 0.2%) first increases and then decreases.
