食品级色母粒中13种金属元素的迁移性研究

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)检测技术对食品级色母粒、色母粒原料、塑料成型品以及塑料成型品迁移液中的铁、锂、钴、铬、锰、铜、锌、砷、镉、铅、汞、锑、钡等13种金属元素进行分析,从生产工艺的角度研究了食品级色母粒中金属的迁移规律,探讨了食品接触塑料制品中的金属污染风险。结果表明:本实验涉及的食品级色母粒中金属风险较低,其成型品中的13种金属迁移量都在法规允许的范围内。 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) detection technology is used to analyze 13 kinds of metal elements, such as Fe, Li, Co, Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Pb, Hg, Sb and Ba, in the migration liquid of food grade masterbatch, color masterbatch material, plastic molding product and plastic molding product. The migration of metals in food grade masterbatch was studied from the perspective of production technology, and the risk of metal contamination in food contact plastics products was discussed. The results show that the risk of metals in food grade masterbatch is low, and the amount of 13 metal migration in the molded products is within the permitted scope.
