摘要
通过对苏州轨道交通三号线盾构机适应性有关的主体设备、刀盘和刀具布置、同步注浆及二次补浆设备、螺旋输送机等进行分析研究,对其合理性进行评价,结合地质和水文状况对掘进施工过程中可能存在的问题进行分析并改进,保证了掘进任务的顺利完成,可为同类工程提供有益借鉴。
Through the shield of Suzhou metro line 3 machine main equipment, the adaptability of cutter type and tool arrangement, two synchronous grouting and grouting equipment, screw conveyors are analyzed and studied, the rationality of evaluation, combined with the geological and hydrological conditions may exist in the excavation construction problems are analyzed. And the measures to improve the implementation, to ensure the successful completion of the task driving, provide a useful reference for similar projects.
