砖–混凝土混合承重改造工程抗震加固分析与设计 被引量:8

ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF SEISMIC RETROFIT OF A BRICK-CR MIXED RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT

摘要 以某砌体–混凝土混合承重结构体系的改造工程为例,论述将结构体系改造为框架或框剪结构进行分析和按原结构体系进行分析两种分析方法。选用按原结构体系进行分析的方法,按考虑预制屋面板刚度和不考虑预制屋面板刚度两种情况对其进行了整体抗震加固分析;在对抗弯构件进行加固设计时,根据规范规定自行推导出采用粘贴钢板加固法加固时,构件应达到未考虑抗震的抗弯承载力与原抗弯承载力之间的关系,对受压区配筋过多而导致原构件受拉区配筋少筋的情况,以及加固计算时的受压区高度不满足要求的情况进行了具体分析。 Taking the case of a reconstruction project using mixed structure, at first this paper introduces two analysis methods for seismic retrofit of reconstruction projects, one is changing the mixed structure into frame structure or frame-shear wall structure, and the other is keeping the original structural system. And with the first method, considering the stiffness of the original prestressed precast roof slab and not, the construction is analyzed. Then according to the current codes, a formula, which is applies to strengthening flexural members and expressing the relationship between flexural capacity not taking into account the seismic adjustment and the original flexural capacity, is derived. And members with insufficient reinforcements in tension zone because of over reinforcements in compression zone, and members with depth of compression calculated via strengthening formula are analyzed in detail.
