Objective To investigate the effect of postoperative targeted nursing on recovery of nerve function and survival quality in patients with intracranial aneurysm. Methods 60 patients with intracranial aneurysm treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table, with 30 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing, while research group was given postoperative targeted nursing. The self-rating anxiety scale( SAS),self-rating depression scale( SDS),simplified Fugl-Meyer scale( FAM),short-form 36 health survey( SF-36),national institutes of health stroke scale( NIHSS),complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention for 3 months, the SAS,SDS,NIHSS scores in research group were lower than those in control group( P0.05). After intervention for 3 months, the scores of FAM,pain, physical function, role emotional, mental health, social function, vitality, general health in research group were higher than those in control group( P 0.05). The incidence of complications in research group was lower than that in control group( 6.67% VS 33.33%,P0.05).Conclusions Postoperative targeted nursing can effectively reduce negative emotions for patients with intracranial aneurysm, improve nerve function and motor function, and increase survival quality.
