探究护理干预对慢性萎缩性胃炎内镜下醋酸染色的临床效果

Clinical effect of nursing intervention on acetic acid chromoendoscopy in determining chronic atrophic gastritis

目的探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎患者内镜下醋酸染色的护理干预措施的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月—2017年8月本院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例,将其随机分成非染色组和染色组,每组各30例,分别予以相关的内镜下操作及护理,观察两组SAS和SDS评分、生理指标、耐受能力及内镜下活检诊断情况。结果两组患者在干预前SAS和SDS评分以及生理指标相比无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后染色组舒张压、收缩压和脉搏值均低于非染色组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);染色组的耐受程度与非染色组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);染色组的准确性、敏感性、特异性分别为91.33%、76.82%、97.38%,非染色组则为86.24%、75.26%、95.41%。结论醋酸染色对慢性萎缩性胃炎有重要的诊断价值,护理干预对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者能够很好地改善SAS和SDS评分以及生理指标,改善术中患者的舒适度和耐受度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on acetic acid chromoendoscopy（ AAC） in determining chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,hospitalized in our hospital during January 2016 to August 2017,were enrolled in our study. Patients were randomly divided into AAC group（ n = 30） and non-AAC group（ n = 30）. After endoscopic management and nursing intervention,SAS and SDS scores,clinical characteristics,individual tolerance and endoscopic diagnosis were collected and analyzed.Results No statistical significance between ACC group and non-ACC group in SAS and SDS scores,clinical characteristics and individual tolerance before the intervention（ P 0. 05）. DBP,SBP and pulse were much lower in ACC group than non-ACC group after the intervention（ P 0.05）. The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity were 91. 33%、76. 82%、97. 38% respectively in the ACC group,while they were 86.24%、75.26%、95.41% in the non-ACC group. The individual tolerance in ACC group was similar to that in nonACC group,the difference was not statistically significant（ P0.05）.Conclusions Acetic acid chromoendoscopy is valuable for the diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis. And nursing intervention could safely and vastly improve SAS and SDS scores,DBP,SBP and pulse,even the tolerance during gastroscopy.
