系统追踪法在手术室护理质量持续改进中的应用

Application of system tracing method in the process of continuous improvement of nursing quality in operation room

目的分析系统追踪法在手术室护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法选取2015年9月—2017年8月在本院进行手术治疗的116例患者按就诊序号进行分组,单号的58例为观察组,双号的58例则为对照组。对照组实行常规手术室护理,观察组在常规手术室护理的基础上实行系统追踪法。对比两组患者护理不良事件发生率及护理管理质量。结果观察组护理不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理管理质量指标得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统追踪法在手术室护理质量持续改进工作中的应用能有效降低护理不良事件的发生率,并提升护理质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of system tracking method in the process of continuous improvement of nursing quality in operating room.Methods A total of 116 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2017 were selected and grouped according to the number of visits.58 patients with the odd numbers were enrolled the observation group,and 58 patients with the even number were in the control group.The control group was given routine operating room care,and the observation group was followed by system tracking on the basis of routine operating room care.The incidence of adverse nursing events and the quality of nursing management were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The scores of the quality of care management in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The application of system tracking method can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events and improve the quality of care in the continuous improvement of nursing quality in the operating room.
