Application of high-flow nasal cannula in patients with critical respiratory disease

经鼻高流量氧疗是最近几年一种比较新型的氧疗方式，它不但可以调节恒定的氧浓度，提供低水平气道正压，减少鼻咽部死腔，充分加温加湿气体，还可以改善气道黏膜清除功能，提高舒适度，从而受到医护人员的一致好评。本文综述了经鼻高流量氧疗在呼吸危重症患者中的应用，希望对广大同仁有一定帮助。

In recent years, high-flow nasal cannula is a relatively new type of oxygen therapy. It can not only regulate the constant oxygen concentration, provide low ]evel positive airway pressure, reduce the dead cavity of nasopharynx, fully heat and humidified gas, but also can improve the airway mucosal clearance function and the comfort level of patients, so it has gained a good reputation among the medical staff. This article summarized the application of high-flow nasal cannula in patients with critical respiratory disease, and we hope that this article will be helpful for our colleagues.
