高职类大学生参与扶贫攻坚的长效机制研究

Research on the Long-Term Mechanism for Higher Vocational Students' Participation In Poverty Alleviation

基于SWOT分析法,从职业技能、扶贫人才需求及政策、家庭就业观念和扶贫人员专业化等方面进行深入分析,研究结果发现高职类大学生在脱贫攻坚道路上是一支不可或缺的力量。一方面,政府应从扶贫人才队伍建设上给予具体政策支持;另一方面,高职院校作为培养主体,应将扶贫融入思想政治教育中,增加乡村实践服务教学,在创新创业中融入精准扶贫思想,并将其纳入创新创业平台建设,多方位、多层面探索高职类大学生参与扶贫的长效机制。

Based on the SWOT analysis, deep research on the aspects of the vocational skills, the need in talents and policies for poverty alleviation, the ideas of family about employment and the professionalization of poverty alleviation workers disclosed that higher vocational college students were an indispensable force on the way to poverty alleviation. On the one hand, the government should make specific policies to support the construction of the poverty alleviation working teams. On the other hand, as the main cultivator, the higher vocational institutes should integrate poverty alleviation into the ideological and political education, add the rural practice service teaching to the teaching program, combine the precise poverty alleviation ideas with innovation and entrepreneurship and bring them into the construction of entrepreneurship platform so as to carry out multi-dimensional and multi-layer exploration of the long-term mechanism for higher vocational students＇ participation in poverty alleviation.
