基于加载技术的宽带发射阵列

摘要 合理的阵元间距和有耗加载是实现天线阵列超宽带扩频的有效手段,但由于存在较大的端口耦合和损耗,影响较大功率的发射天线应用。在提出一种采用加载技术的超宽频段收发共用阵列方案基础上,通过对有耗阵列天线反射、辐射及内部耗散各部分能量的比较,深入分析其功率耦合及功率耗散机理,提出了大功率相控阵激励发射情况下降低内部热损耗的有效措施,对于宽带收发一体阵列的实现具有参考意义。 Reasonable element spacing and power consumption are effective means to realize the ultra-wideband spread spectrum of the antenna and array. However,due to the large coupling and loss of the port,the transmission antenna with larger power is affected. Based on the proposed method of ultra-wideband transceiver common array with loading technology,the power coupling and power dissipation of the components are analyzed by comparing the energy of reflection,radiation and internal dissipation. The effective measures are put forward to reduce the internal heat loss in the case of high power phased array excitation and emission.
