基于Infoworks RS的新沭河溃堤洪水风险分析 被引量:7

摘要 为分析新沭河沿线堤防的溃堤洪水风险,基于Infoworks RS建立了新沭河片防洪保护区一、二维耦合水动力学模型,依据道路和堤防的实测高程更新地形数据,采用抽稀技术将道路和堤防节点均匀化、优化网格,提高了模型计算精度和效率。通过计算新沭河不同洪水量级和不同溃口位置的多种溃堤洪水方案,得到各类洪水的风险要素,并与空间地理关系进行叠加分析,统计得到不同洪水方案的洪灾损失。结果表明,新沭河溃堤洪水风险与溃口位置和洪水量级直接相关;新沭河中下游溃堤洪水风险明显高于上游;随着洪水量级增大,溃口流量增大,洪水影响程度增大。 In order to evaluate the levee-breach flood risk of the Xinshu River,the 1 Dand 2 Dcoupled hydrodynamic model of the Xinshu River flood protected zone was established based on Infoworks RS.The terrain data were updated according to the measured elevation data of road and embankment.The model was optimized by using the dilution technology to homogenize the road and embankment nodes,which improved the accuracy and efficiency of model calculation.The levee-breach flood with different magnitudes of design flood and the different breach site at Xinshu were adopted for analysis and the flood risk elements were obtained.Then,overlay flood risk elements and spatial geography was used to get the submerged losses.The results show that the flood risk of Xinshu River is directly related to the breach site and the level of flood.The levee-breach flood risk of the middle and lower reaches of Xinshu River is obviously higher than that of upstream.With the increase of flood level,both the flow of dam-breaking and influence degree of flood increase.
