摘要
开关磁阻电机的振动和噪声问题一直是限制其应用和推广的瓶颈,而定、转子之间的径向电磁力导致定子的形变是产生电磁噪声和振动的根本原因,因此通过有限元仿真分析得出电机在不同电流、不同转子位置时的非线性电感曲线族、瞬时转矩和电磁力,在此基础上基于机械阻抗法建立了Matlab/Simulink电机模型,计算电机运行时所产生的振动加速度,总结了一些减小电机振动和噪声的设计原则,并通过试验样机验证了所提建模仿真方法的有效性,可为开关磁阻电机的减振和降噪研究提供理论指导。
Vibration and noise of switched reluctance motor have been bottleneck of its application and popularization.Stator deformation caused by radial electromagnetic force between stator and rotor is the fundamental cause of electromagnetic noise and vibration.Therefore,nonlinear inductance curve family,instantaneous torque and electromagnetic force of motor with different current and rotor positions were obtained by finite element simulation.On this basis,the Matlab/Simulink model was established by using the principle of mechanical impedance method,and the vibration acceleration was calculated when the motor operated.Some design principles to reduce vibration and noise of motor were summarized.The effectiveness of the proposed modeling and simulation method was proved by experimental prototype,which can provide theoretical guidance for the study of vibration and noise reduction of switched reluctance motor.
