梯级泵站管道TMD振动控制仿真与减振优化 被引量:4

摘要 为了解调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)的减振效果,以某灌区泵站输水管道为例,全面分析TMD减振系统对管道结构的减振效果,以寻求最佳减振方案。结果表明,TMD减振系统可有效降低管道振动幅值;在适宜的质量比范围内,TMD减振效果相似;等质量情况下,单个TMD和两个TMD减振装置减振效果基本一致,因此在减少大质量附加质量对主结构自重的影响下,实际应用中宜分成等质量的多个减振装置,以达到较好减振效果;TMD装置布置在激励源附近或发生振动较明显的部位可高效减振。研究成果为大型管道结构振动原因分析和TMD减振控制产品研发提供了依据。 Taking the pumps pipelines in irrigation district as research projects,this paper analyzed the vibration damping effect of tuned mass damper(TMD)system under different conditions to seek the optimal vibration reduction scheme.The results show that the TMD system can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude of the pipeline.In the optimal range of mass ratio,the damping effects of TMD with different mass ratio are similar.The single TMD and two TMD with the same quality have similar damping effect.Therefore,multiple TMD with small quality can be applied,and good damping effect can also be achieved.TMD can reduce vibration efficiently when it is installed near the excitation source and obvious vibration parts of pipelines.The paper provides theoretical basis for vibration analysis of large pipeline structure and TMD product design.
