摘要
泵房进水流道的水力性能直接关系到泵站的安全、高效运行,结合某核电站工程实际,对泵房进水流道进行物理模型试验,研究了泵房进水流道板框滤网堵塞时的水力性能,揭示了板框滤网堵塞对进水流道流速分布的影响规律。试验结果表明,当板框滤网堵塞时,进水流道1.5 D断面、3.0 D断面、进水池断面的流速分布不均匀度与流速加权平均角度明显减小,流道水头损失增加,流道出现不利流态,影响水泵的安全运行;同时增加进水流道水位能改善流道的水力性能。这为其他泵房的优化设计及安全运行提供了参考依据。
The hydraulic performance of inlet conduit is directly related to the safe and efficient operation of the pumping station.Based on the actual project of a nuclear power station,aphysical model test on the inlet conduit of pump stations was carried out.The hydraulic performance of the pump stations inlet conduit was studied when the plate frame filter was blocked.The influence of the plate frame filter blockage on the flow velocity distribution of inlet conduit was revealed.The test results shows that when the plate frame filter is blocked,the inhomogeneity of velocity distribution and the weighted average angle in the 1.5 Dsection and 3.0 Dsection and section of inlet conduit decrease obviously.With water head loss increasing,the inlet conduit appears adverse flow state and affects the safe operation of the pump.At the same time,increasing water level of inlet conduit can improve the hydraulic performance of inlet conduit.The research results provide reference for the optimizing design and safe operation of other pumping stations.
