摘要
为保证风电安全消纳,系统有功实时调度需要应对风电强波动性和网络安全运行之间的矛盾,实现对系统经济成本和安全风险的协调统筹,提升调度计划对不确定性扰动的防御能力。为此,对风电波动和输电线路N-1事故进行不确定性数学建模,并以随机扰动发生的概率和严重度分析为量化分析手段,建立含风电电力系统的有功实时风险调度模型,以降低系统在不同运行状态下的运行风险总量为目标,制定未来调度时段内的机组实时出力计划,从而实现对系统经济成本和安全风险的有机协调。对IEEE 30节点测试系统的仿真分析,验证了所提模型方法的合理性和有效性。
In order to ensure wind power accommodation with security constraints,the active power real-time dispatch of wind power integrated system need to handle the contradiction of intermittent wind power and power network security for improving anti-jamming capacity and achieving the coordination between economic operation and security risk.Therefore,the mathematical uncertain model of wind power and transmission line fault(N-1)was established,and a risk decision-making model for active power real-time dispatch was proposed based on probability and criticality analysis of stochastic disturbance.The scheduling plan in the future period was made to reduce the total risk under different operation conditions and improve the capacity of scheduling decision to coordinate the security and economy.The simulation results of 30-bus test system verified the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
