创建优质高职院校是新形势下国家发展人民满意的职业教育的重要规划,也是职业教育发展的一次重要机遇。加强内涵建设是优质高职院校创建的重要路径,标准化对内涵建设有着不可替代的作用。引入标准化原理和方法,建立涵盖高职院校教学、课程、专业、日常运行管理服务、满意度评价、诊断与持续改进等内容的结构合理、协调性、适用性、可操作性强的标准体系,对夯实高职院校内涵建设,推进优质高职院校创建将发挥重要作用。

The establishment of high-quality vocational college is an important plan in developing satisfied vocational education nationwide under the new background, and is also an important opportunity for the development of vocational education. Strengthening connotation development is a vital way to create high-quality vocational college, and standardization plays an irreplaceable role in connotative development progress. This paper introduces the principles and methods of standardization to establish a standards system with good structure, coordination, applicability and maneuverability, which includes teachings, courses, majors, daily operation and management services, satisfaction evaluation, diagnosis and continuous improvement. It will play a key role in consolidating the connotation development and promoting the establishment of high-quality vocational college.
