摘要
目的探讨"数字人"解剖系统在的人体解剖学神经系统直观教学中的应用效果。方法将我院护理专业2017级4个班共199人,随机分成传统教学组98人(A组)和"数字人"解剖系统辅助教学组101人(B组)。采用问卷调查和卷面考核的方法对教学效果进行对比分析。结果 A组直观考核成绩在功能/支配(23.87±2.19)分和临床意义(27.02±1.81)分低于B组(36.99±1.14)分和(33.78±2.19)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组易理解性(24.17±2.23)分、互动性(22.05±1.79)分、学习兴趣(22.88±2.41)分和掌握程度(21.87±1.45)分,得分高于A组(15.72±1.31)分、(15.46±1.33)分、(13.95±1.91)分、(17.53±1.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "数字人"解剖系统在人体解剖学神经系统的教学中优势明显,其应用值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of"digital human"anatomy system in intuitive teaching of human anatomical neural system.Methods A total of 199 students from 4 classes of nursing major of grade 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into group A(n=98)using the traditional teaching and group B(n=101)using the "digital human" anatomic system.The teaching effects were compared and analyzed by questionnaires and volume examination. Results The scores of functional/innervation(23.87 ±2.19)and clinical significance(27.02 ±1.81)in group A were lower than those in group B(36.99 ±1.14)and(33.78 ±2.19),respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05).The scores of comprehensibility(24.17 ±2.23),interactivity(22.05 ±1.79),learning interests(22.88 ±2.41)and mastery(21.87 ±1.45)in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(15.72 ±1.31),(15.46 ±1.33),(13.95 ±1.91),(17.53 ±1.44),the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05).Conclusion The anatomical system of "digital human" has obvious advantages in the teaching of human anatomical neural system,and its application is worth popularizing.
